Never Received Item

My items were never received. I received an email asking how did I like my item, when calling customer service I was told they don't have any record of my item ever leaving the warehouse. I was then told I would have to get a refund and repurchase the item with my credit card. When it was explained that I used Klarna I was told she could not help me unless I wanted to put it on my card. I asked since the system said it was never shipped can another item just be shipped to me.I was told no I would have to use my card and repurchase. When asked if I went back online to use Klarna again is there a way I could get the sales price, since the original purchase was onsale that was also a no. The only thing I could do was give them a credit card or cancel my order. I am really disappointed with Macy's I love shopping here but I am not a satisfied customer. It was not my mistake at all however I was made to feel like it was. I didnt received any help from customer service. I am left without an item at all unless I want to pay more. Thanks Macy's.

Beautiful Vanilla

This is a little bit stronger than the regular Black Opium and has a richer/warmer vanilla scent. It’s wonderful.

BLACK OPIUM LE PARFUM travel spray

I really like the YSL Black Opium LE PARFUM scent. I mostly use it when I go out at night. The travel spray version is the perfect size to keep in your purse, in the car, or even in your pocket. The fragrance is just right and not too overwhelming.
