I became grinch! Horrible!

As long as I live I never had such horrible experience! What is it made off! Not water, not make up remover, no makeup wipes took this mascara out! All round my eyes were just green! it’s insane! What kind of formula is this? Absolutely horrible experience, even waterproof mascara come off! This green situation just left my hands green and all around my eyes green! Horrible!
