I felt this was either an old or expired product. The formula was dry out of the tube. Once applied to my eyes the product felt heavy and dry.

Want to love it

Love the color and easy to apply, however the mascara flakes and within 30 minutes of applying one coat I’m constantly checking to wipe away flakes from my eye area and/or face. Will switch back to Clinique.

It sounds like the formula is drying too quickly or isn't flexible enough for your lashes, causing those "crumbs" to fall onto your face.
