Great at plumping

I read reviews that the plump effect was painful, but I disagree. It is tolerable even for sensitive individuals such as I. You can feel the sting, but it doesn’t hurt. You can also put down a layer of lip liner or lip balm first prior to applying this and the plumping feeling won’t be as strong.
