  • The bottom of the package was tampered with not the top, and I didn’t notice that the package had been tampered with until I broke down the box to recycle. Notice the packaging tape on the sides. Hope my packages are safe in the future.

Great smell on my husband

I would have given 5 stars for the smell but I was bummed with ordering from Macy’s. They offered a free gift of additional colognes but said it wasn’t available. They always do this and never offer an alternative.

Stolen Gift Set

When the package arrived I wondered why it felt so light. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and the only thing in the package was an empty fragrance collection of L’Homme. I noticed that the bottom of the package had been opened and then taped again with packaging tape. This has never happened before. Macy’s did credit my card after I called. I think they should think about who is their carrier for deliveries.
