Don't buy online

Don't buy online... I placed a order never arrived tracking# said delivered,never received the package , I contacted with Macy's tell them about the package they tell me wait 48hours , I wait 48 hours to tell me can't get replacement or credit back , this is crazy I order 4 differents fragrance and 1 is missing . terrible customer services people don't wanna speak with you. I not recommend to buy online I lost my money . I know the perfume is good this has nothing to do with Perfume.
