Beautiful fragrances/ faulty bottle

I have purchased this fragrance for my husband since its release. This time around I purchased a larger size bottle, one that’s also refillable so he can have maximum use without the waste. The emblem came off in his hand while spraying, thank goodness he didn’t get his fingers sliced open. I have quite a few fragrances from YSL and have always appreciated their quality and outstanding performance. YSL is supposed to exude luxury, quality and beauty, I am disappointed this happened because this is an Anniversary gift to my husband, one that he is supposed to be able to reuse. YSL, how will you rectify this quality issue?
