Other occasion to buy:Poor communication. email said i should have already received, but yet the tracking says label has printed but has not shipped. Very disappointing! Here is almost Christmas and have not gift to give and not sure if I will ever get it. Frustrated!

Poor communication-not received item yet!

I ordered this Nov 27 and here it is Dec 20 and it still hasn't shipped and can't give me a date when I will get it.
