Terrible quality

I ordered this bed and frame was very disappoint. Made very cheap quality is terrible. I returned the bed and frame.

Poor packaging and craftmanship of parts DAMAGED.

Very poor craftsmanship on part construction, poor packaging, parts up against one another, parts scratched/bent/torn. You need to ship in bigger box and add some protection parts rub against one another, and wrap joints that get bent, you need to fire who stapled gunned the corner of the bed and the supervisor who said "Ya this part is good". Wish I could post all 8 photos but Macy's website only allows 3. Bed came with helpful tool, bed is attractive, and is easy to put together. It's like robots boxed this and there is no quality control.
