Damaged headboard - replacement needed

Providing an option to request replacement of a damaged part of the bed. I need the bed and do not want to do a return, but headboard is damaged and would like it replaced. Also your photo upload is currently not working.

Great bed for the price. Looks beautiful!

For the price of this bed you Absolutely cannot go wrong! It is a LOW profile,.... but unbelievably sturdy. Had another friend purchase 2 and she loves it!

Poor quality of wood for headboard

The wooden headboard came cracked. We like the design and low profile otherwise.

The Zinus company is a huge step up from others!!!

First of all, the packaging of this bed was utterly amazing and verging on art! This came with direct instructions, properly labelled and bagged hardware and a small/handy ratchet tool! The bed once built which took about 30 Minutes is solid and looks very clean/sophisticated.
