Cute dress!

I thought it was a great dress, very different from most of the dresses out there now. The fabric was nice, but I was not a fan of the fringe at the top of the bottom ruffle, looked like a curtain decoration. The sizing ran small. I wear a 4 or 6 in a dress at Talbots, and have super narrow shoulders, and I was barely able to get the dress on in a size small.
