2 Broke in the first 12 hours

Two of these glasses broke in the first 12 hours and the culprit was ice. Not ice going into a hot glass, not dropping it on an icy pavement, but an ice cube dispensed from the refrigerator. We hoped the first was a fluke, but clearly it wasn’t. It looks like the engraving creates a weak point and acts like a scoring line. I was expecting much more from glasses rated for commercial use. These will be going back on Monday.
