Terrible "feature"
Like many others, my top complaint is with the bazaar safety feature that involves a plastic rod which prevents the blender from starting unless the lid is properly put on. I don't think that this is necessary but perhaps it is an EU requirement. The problem is that the rod is enclosed in a plastic tube which has only one small opening at the top. Inevitably bits of food and liquid get into the tube through this opening. There is absolutely no way to clean the tube! After a while the inside of the tube is coated with food waste. Also where the bottom of the blender jar is connected to the structure that fits onto the motor there are several places which are impossible to clean. These also accumulate waste which can't be reached. Finally the blade assembly can't be detached from the blender jar, so it is impossible to properly clean the blades. Or replace or sharpen them.

Not one but two design flaws
No lid replacements available. Not one but two design flaws: 1)The handle takes on food and 2) the Lid "tab" got broken -- you cannot buy a replacement. Only one question remains: "jimmy the current lid with a screw I found in my garage"... or buy a different blend altogether?

Major design flaw
Ive had to purchase 2 replacements blender jar because food got trapped in the handle. this is clearly a design flaw.

Impossible to clean
The handle fills with debris and is not detachable so can't be cleaned. It's disgusting.

Not well designed
Poor design, safety feature using a plastic part that can easily break making the entire blender inoperable. This is particularly an issue because you cannot simply buy the lid.

Can't get replacement parts for ZWILLING - ENFINIG
Bought a 400 dollar blender and cannot get replacement parts. The lid broke on my blender. Contacted the company Zwilling to buy a replacement lid, took several emails before I got an answer. The answer was.... go to a retailer. No retailer sells just the lid. Got a relative in Germany to go to the company, had to fight with them to get a lid, then they send the wrong one, too small after being given the details 2 Litre blender, not personal size..... Would not recommend this company because they have zero interest in helping a customer!

Worst handle design ever.
Blender works great other than you CANNOT put it in the dishwasher or the clear handle will fill up with debris. Disgusting to look at.
