Does not stay sharp. It has to be sharpened after each use.

Superior Quality 4” Zwilling Paring Knife!

Excellent Zwilling paring knife! This 4” knife is very versatile…very very sharp…lightweight & fits my small hand perfectly…slicing thru produce easily without using any pressure at all… did not realize this superior quality until I compared this knife with other paring knives I have… Going forward, I am going to purchase Zwilling knives exclusively that are made in Germany! Nice daily use knives

We've used a couple 3" pairing knives for years and are taking this opportunity to add 4 inchers to our collection. The extra inch will be helpful in some situations and we'll continue to enjoy the overall design and quality we've enjoyed for years. Definitely recommend.
