Ok, but not as good as I’d hoped for

I was excited about my Zwilling purchase as I wanted to create an entire fleet of them in our kitchen…. But my starter set has not kept food well. I trouble shooted it and am afraid it just isn’t keeping like I thought it would. 3/5 stars because the glass is very well made.

Works very well, so far. Love it!

This product work very well to extend the life of fruits! I have not yet use the bags. Neither have I frozen anything in it.

Was fine, until it wasn’t.

I bought this a while ago and have used it a handful of times. Tonight while prepping a couple of pork shoulders for a my grandfather’s 90th birthday both my large vacuum seal bags failed. The first one had the zipper fail before I started cooking, and the second had the zipper fail while in the sous vide. By fail I mean the zipper separated from the wall of the bag completely. It just peeled off. I would not purchase this product again, nor recommend it to others as I’m afraid it would happen again. I will now be scrambling to figure out another entré to feed a very large group.
