Great Knives!

Very pleased with this set..I love that they maintain their sharpness with this block.They are so sharp I already poked my finger with the tip of one........First time I ever spent this kind of money on knives but so worth it...I did get a sale price and grateful for that! Just a heads up I had read a review where the gal said her block got mold in it..After getting mine I realized she probably didn't dry them good enough before putting back in block..I wash knife right after using and dry it then lay on paper towel for a bit to make sure all moisture is gone.

Great Replacement Knives

This is a great set. We love the fact that it is self-sharping and they are very comfortable to handle and very sharp.

Extremely functional

To have a set of 6 very practical knives and kitchen scissors that maintain their edge without having to commit to sharpening it is a true luxury. This set would be a bargain at double the price. Of the highest quality as you would expect from Zwilling. We are more than satisfied.

Best knives in my life

The sharpest knives I ever had. You can cut tomatoes when it is ripped into little pieces. This is the best experience in preparing any salads. The self-sharpening block probably keeps them sharp, but it is only 1 month that I've been using them.
