Flatware a little below expectations

Not a bad set of flatware, but I guess you get what you pay for. We returned the item and will be purchasing a new set for more money in order to receive a flatware set that we like. Macys customer service was OUTSTANDING with ease of return and refund as well as overall customer service. All of my future home goods purchases will continue to be through Macy's.

Missing utensils

Came missing utensils. I kept it only because I needed new utensils for an event this weekend and had no time to return. Very disappointing.
