a little disappointed

I was at first happy that the knife had a good feel too it in my hand, heavy, sturdy and balanced, but greatly disappointed and surprised that it’s not very sharp. I couldn’t easily slice a bell pepper with it, it wasn’t sharp enough. I’ve already used it and can’t return it otherwise I would

7 inch Chinese knife

This is my most favorite knife for chopping vegetables and thinly slicing meats. This does the most perfect job and makes my cuts look like a pro.

Love it

I got this for my husband because he’s really been wanting a proper cleaver. He’s only had it a few weeks now but he loves it. He uses it for everything. It has a really nice weight to it to so if you just put it on top of say… an onion? Slices right down through it.

Best little cleaver

Of course I had to add a Zwilling cleaver to my collection. It's the perfect size, excellent quality plus the weight and feel allow me to chop efficiently and cleanly when a regular knife just won't do! This cleaver is perfect for chopping through small bones as well as making it easy to carve up watermelon.
