Great knife

An all around great knife. Light but hefty in my hand. Able to firmly grip the handle and this adds to my ability to properly handle the knife.

Quality is instantaneously obvious.

The Zwilling Pro 7 inch Santoku is balance to perfectly and so far it has held its sharp edge really well. This is one of the better nice I have used. Would recommend it to anyone.

What a difference

I've been researching for a good santoku knife that I can use at home after I was tired of my starter knife set. The difference between this and my old knife is *chef's kiss* ! The cuts are so effortless and precise and prepping dinner is much more enjoyable. I am looking forward to my next Zwilling knife purchase!
