Classic salmon slicer
Perfect for lox and gravlax. There are sometimes when only a specialty knife will do. This knife is for a professional or cooks who enjoy having just the right tool for a task or a recipe. The super sharp blade, which is easy to maintain and sharpen because of the quality of the steel, has the hollow grooves which allow it to slide right through the fish without unnecessary drag. Very long & flexible slicing knife!
One of the great Zwilling slicing knife to have, it sure is the excellent salmon knife. With its length and flexibility, slicing and filleting is effortless!!! It is versatile! This knife is also great for cutting and slicing oversize cake, and brisket. This German-made knife is made of proprietary special formula high-carbon steel, these FRIODUR blades are harder, they will NOT STAIN or chip and they retain their sharpness longer, and has superior resilience.
