The best frying pan

This is possibly the best frying pan I have ever used. It heats so evenly and quickly, even on my "not so new" electric stove. The handle feels comfortable in my hand. And the hole in the handle allows me to hang it from my ceiling pot rack. The nonstick surface is definitely the best I've ever used. I knew the Henkle brand from selling the paring knives in our first business. Opened in January 1974, we probably starting selling the knives by 1975. This frying pan is wonderful and may get passed down to the family member who loves to cook. ( I am 75. This pan should last longer than me. )

Not consistent

I’m a little hesitant to give even four stars but it is a good product the pans have held up well. Just can’t get to consistently work as nonstick. Is there a way to season these pans I wonder?

Perfect egg pan

This is my egg pan and it works beautifully. A tiny bit of butter and eggs just slide right out. I hand wash and it's still like new.
