substituted half my order

I order two sets of four knives with the black handles, and they sent me one of those and one of a totally different type with metal handles. They don't match at all. there was no courtesy call or email. I needed eight knives. The original set was four knives. I ordered 2 sets at a very good sale price, but it is no longer available. But that's probably why they substituted, but they should have let me known so I could choose another option for a complete set of eight matching knives.
