Color not as pictured on website

The color received is not at all what was pictured. The picture looks almost white-washed with the wood grain showing through the stain. What was received is so solidly painted in white that is almost looks like plastic. And the white is VERY WHITE.

Perfect knife block for my kitchen

It is the perfect size for my kitchen and holds all my knives including steak knives I just bought. Needed a new knife block for years and decided to treat myself.

Zwilling Pro Knife Block Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid knife block. Love the coloring of the wood and it holds all of my Zwilling Pro knives perfectly, with the exception of 1 or 2 of the steak knives. They don’t sit as perfectly as the remainder of knives.

Damaged Zwilling knife block & poor cust service

The Zwillings birch knife block arrived damaged. No where online could I request an exchange. I called Macy's and explained that I still want the knife block. I was told to send it back & a replacement would be sent to me. 2 weeks later I received a Macy's gift card in the amount of the return. So speaking directly to Macy's customer service is a waste of time.

Great block

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the pro series, which included this block. The finish does chip easily, so just be mindful when you put the knives back in the block.
