    Perfect for Breads

    This serrated knife is very good to cut breads. Very good for home made breads. If you make wider breads as my mom do, you will like to have a bigger than this 5-inch knife.

    So nice we got it twice

    Perfect utility knife in the baker’s kitchen. From sandwich bread to pastries, this knife is the perfect size for quick jobs and for helping children how to use a serrated knife properly. Our recent purchase was a replacement for a broken knife we received as a wedding gift 20+ years ago. The Twin Signature line feels good in the hand and gets each job done easily.

    good not great

    lightweight and thin blade but not going to bother returning....in the 80's bought a couple of Trident Wusthof knives (I think that exact brand not around anymore). Thought these Henkels were equivalent but no way. Not a professional feeling heavy blade at all. They look good on the internet but....prob better to ser in person.
