Not worth the money

I was initially happy with the wok, but after a little over a month of use, the nonstick surface started to get sticky and began sticking to food, which was really disappointing. I reached out to customer service via phone, who instructed me to return the item to a local store using a QR code. However, when I tried to do that, the store gave me a hard time and refused to process the return twice. They even refused to contact customer service to confirm the return process, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Overall, I am not satisfied with the product's performance, and the return process has been unnecessarily complicated. Would not recommend unless you're sure the product will hold up beyond a month of use.

Cook Healthy, live long!

The perfect wok! Ya don't have to worry about your fried rice sticking! It's the healthiest option-no harmful chemicals and you don't have to use any fat (except for flavor) The handle is comfortable and never gets hot. Love that it comes with a lid!
