Great mini-cleaver

I bought a set of zwilling pro knives. I had two slots to fill and decided to buy this mini cleaver for smaller jobs. This makes a great addition to my set.

Perfect tool for chopping and mincing

The heft abs handle of this beautiful cleaver is perfect for chopping, fine slicing and mincing shallots, garlic, fennel bulbs, you name it. Have been looking for this for years! Have used Zwilling for decades.
