Very nice, solid.

First impression is that this 6” chefs knife is very solid, nicely balanced and the blade does not feel flimsy at all. The blade feels like it will hold its edge well with proper care. I like the shorter blade, personal preference. We are home cooks so a professional chef may have a different opinion. This will be a gift for my husband .I actually haven’t used it yet but my first impression is happily impressed by the quality.

Love this knife!

I think this knife will be great. Beautiful, fits my hand and has a nice weight with a perfectly designed handle that feels great to hold. I just worry about accidentally cutting myself, it's so sharp. Is there slicing/chopping training?

More agile than 8 inch

Absolutely incredible craftsmanship. I ordered a 12 piece knife set and this is my third addition to it. The 6 inch chefs knife is a little more agile for every day use compared to the standard 8 inch. Both serve their purpose

Perfect Size Multitasking Knife

Love the 6" size and curvature to the blade. The Pro versions stay sharper and are easier to sharpen when they eventual need it. My spouse loves the 8" version which is perfect for his hand. Now I have the perfect size for mine as well. These knives are great for all prep work and make cleaning meat a breeze.
