Fancy fishing knife!

I bought this fillet knife for my husband so he can fillet his fish when he goes fishing. Yeah, it seems a bit fancy for a fishing knife, but wow is he impressed at how well it works! It is balanced and easy to hold and use, and it has remained sharp so far.

The best filet knife I’ve ever owned!

This filet knife is balanced, sharp, flexible, great in the hand and holds a perfect edge. Like all the other ZWILLING Pro knives in this collection it is a true asset in my kitchen. If I lost it somehow, I’d replace it like and kind.

Happy customer

The knives a really sharp and cut well without cutting to the side on thicker products. The handles are easy to grip and don’t make my hands tired when cutting for a long while. I love how they look on my counter.

The twins have my favorite knife series

Zwilling Pro is THE best knife series I’ve found after years of looking. Comfortable to hold and use. Extremely sharp and retain their edge. I’ve used some for a year at a time with some honing but no need to resharpen. A product that for once is everything they say it is.
