Well worth replacing.

These are excellent knives. I just replaced a set of Professional S knives, lost in a move, with this set. I have had years of excellent use and ease of care from the first set and anticipate the same from these.

Impressed!

Gorgeous Knives!! They are sturdy, sharp, and have great weight in hand. I am so pleased with the set and the variety that I have. These are my first “good” knives, and I couldn’t be happier! I am also planning on getting the Pro Chef knife to have a “rocking” knife as well.

Best Knives!

We absolutely love this knife set! It is our first "real" knife set and it is perfect. The blades are easy to clean and the knives are not too heavy. The only thing I wish this set had was a knife sharpener. Highly recommend!

All the knives you want in a small package!

This set has all of the knives you'd want (if you don't need steak knives), and the block is narrower than most, so it takes up less space!
