should have purchased years ago!

Are you using the same old serrated knife to cut your crusty bread? Can’t sharpen at home? This knife is wonderful—I should have purchased it years ago! Nice weight, comfortable handle and boy is it sharp! It’s a low price point and will make your life easier!

Have to fight it

It's nice and sharp and cuts through bread easily, but it steers itself in one direction so I get an uneven cut top to bottom. Disappointing, as I bought it specifically to cut my large, round bread loaves. I have to grip it very tightly and steer away from its natural tendency.

I am very pleased with my new knife by Zwilling. It is medium weight and cuts so easily. I have used a very expensive knife in the past, but this one is better. Of course I will see how long it lasts.

great pro slicer

I work in a commercial kitchen and needed a new slicer for my station. This one is great. The stainless steel blade is long and sharp. The handle has a very comfortable grip and holds up well in the dish washer.
