The present formula was originally created for the medical market to give patients with bumpy or irregular skin a smoother skin surface. This product lays down a smoother layer of "second skin" that smoothes out skin irregularities and fine lines. The present is essentially a "clear makeup" for flawless skin. It is formulated to be used as a last step prior to any makeup to form an invisible barrier that "seals in" moisture for chronically dry skin and active ingredients from treatment products. It keeps out harmful environmental elements by acting like an invisible band-aid. It also contains lysozyme, a natural antimicrobial agent to keep skin radiantly "clear."

Love it

Absolutely love this Philosophy product!!!! Classic, trusted brand that provides excellent products that provide stunning results. Easy to blend, great packaging, wonderful coverage. Highly recommend! Very soft and subtle scent that is not overpowering, just perfection.

Good Primer

This primer was long lasting and it did keep my skin matte throughout the day. My makeup went on nicely overtop however be careful about the amount you use. If you use too much it feels tacky almost like childrens glue or something.

This primer does not

This primer does not get the praise it deserves. If you do it correctly is works perfectly. It grips the make up and make up doesn't move after. I didn't ever use a setting spray with it, I didn't need it at all. The smell is actually really fresh and nice, some kind of essential oil smell, cant put my finger on it

I really like this product and you can get it for cheap, I think I just don’t use it as much anymore because it is too liquidy and not sticky enough.

I USED THIS YEARS

I USED THIS YEARS AGO JUST TO SMOOTH OUT MY SKIN WHEN I DIDN'T USE MAKE UP. NOW I UASE AND FIND IT A GREAT PRIMER. I'D NOT IMPROVE IT UNLESS YOU COULD MAKE MY PORES GO COMPLETELY. ITS VERY EASY TO APPLY AND ONLY TAKES A PEA SIZE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FOR ALL SKIN, EVEN FOR THE GUYS TO SMOOTH OUT YOUR PORES.

I'm a former huge

I'm a former huge philosophy skin care fan. Their cleansers helped me so very much. I tried the supernatural hoping for the same results. I found it went on thin and didn't seem to amie much of a difference. I did use the whole tube but after the first tube, I didn't make a second purchase of the supernatural.
