Pyrex broke

I ordered it this product and love it, but didn’t take it out from the box and now that I open it, the Pyrex is broke, and I cannot return it because the window time is closed……

Not PYREX

Don't be fooled, these are NOT the original PYREX and are prone to shatter in the oven. Don't overheat (past 350°), don't subject to rapid temperature changes (fridge to oven or vice versa). Shame on you, MACY'S for the deceit.
