Horrible

Placed the order on 10/26th. OnTrac never processed the order or updated it. Continuously stated on Macy’s that it was delayed & would receive by a certain date. The date changed multiple times & I never received the order!

Useless when lids are missing

This Tupperware set, purchased for a bride, does not contain lids for 4 large bowls. It includes 32 - NOT 36 - pieces. I'm supposed to gift THIS at a bridal tea?!?! Completely lack of quality control and completely unacceptable. Customer service is too difficult to locate and contact - but I'm continuing to try. This is not the Macy's any of us has known and counted on.
