Disappointed

This purchase led to a very disappointing experience. The watch sadly did not come with any additional links. However when I called Macy's Customer Services number on my receipt, I was told it would be easy to add additional links just bring it back to the store, go to the jewelry department and we can adjust it for you on the spot. I did as instructed. However the two women behind the counter snideky informed me to "Google" Coach Customer Service and request additional links. I thought this was odd, Coach was a vendor, surely I should not have to go through the trouble of asking Google. But indeed I did. When I telephoned Coach they disagreed with me about the item number that Macy's staff told me it was. I was told by Coach to call Movado's customer service to request links. Enough is enough! I should not have had to do anything but return the watch to Macy's and they should have remedied the problem. I have decided that I will never purchase anything from either Macy's or Coach again. If you can't treat me like valued customer then you can't have my money.
