Iffy wireless connection
Not impressed with the wireless connection. Drops out for half a second or so every now and then. Especially under high demand. Not worth the money if you want wireless feature. Connection via cable is great and the audio is fantastic.

Perfect Headset for PS5 Gaming
I’ve been using the Sony INZONE H5 for gaming on my PS5 and I’m loving it! The headset is super comfortable on the ears — I can play for hours without feeling tired. The sound is clear and immersive, making games feel more alive, and the wireless connection works perfectly without any lag. The mic is also great for chatting with teammates. Overall, it’s a solid headset that delivers on comfort and performance. Definitely a great pick for PS5 gaming!

Almost perfect
Great audio quality, awesome feature to split audio track of games and chat to be able to adjust the volume of each. Really lightweight as well so it doesn't weight down and cause problems on the head. There is a problem specifically with spotify that the audio will not play if audio device is set to the Game profile.

WH-G500 review
I had WH-G500 two weeks ago. Great accessory for gaming, listening to music, watching TV on the computer, and so on. The sound quality is not the best, but it's good for the money you spend on it. The phones are also comfortable when used for a long time.

The product is excellent quality and backed with Sony help and technical support, unable to test them as they are a Christmas present for Granddaughter hope this helps regarding quality and Sony support.

Comfortable with clear sound and effective mic.
Had this a couple of weeks now so no report on longevity but it's a huge step up from my previous Sony set. Ear pads are super comfortable and suitable for long play. Battery life excellent and the sound is really great for this level of tech. Apparently my voice is clear through the boom mic and it's no problem during use. Set up was simple with a fair amount of options. For the price I think these are great.
