Sinking

The mattress, which I've only had less than 6 months, has a depression that has not recovered. It is right where my hips are. I am normal weight, (185 lbs), and there's no reason this should happen. I paid a lot of money for this mattress, and I'm going to seek a refund.

Not as firm as expected

We tried this mattress out in the store, loved the feel. When we got it delivered, my wife and I both said this ain’t as firm as the one in the store was. A little disappointing but decent mattress overall

DO NOT BUY MATTRESSES FROM MACYS/AWFUL MATTRESS

Less than 5 months into owning this weird smells and stains appeared despite having a mattress cover and no spills on the bed. Then the sinking started.. just random spots on the bed that caused awful back and neck pain. We started to get really sick including our baby and we went to try and rotate it again and after looking underneath MOLD! EVERYWHERE! our old mattress was 8 years old and never had these issues and no other area of the home has mold. i shouldve known better because when the item was delivered there was condensation in the plastic cover. after trying to get a refund or replacement they said the warranty was void because of the stains from the mold!!! AWFUL PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I SHOULD SUE FOR THE MOLD TOXICITY THIS CAUSED

Mold itself isn’t something that forms during manufacturing but can develop if moisture gets trapped, whether from condensation, room humidity, or limited airflow under the mattress. Even with a cover, once moisture gets in, it can unfortunately lead to staining or mold, which falls outside of warranty coverage.
