I've bought a lot of fine jewelry from Macy's over 50 years and never have I seen such poor crafted jewelry then I have in this piece. The gold started fading, ( very odd for 10k gold) and 3 days after the 90 day return policy expired the clasp snapped while changing a pillow case. I went to Macy's and spoke with the manager(s) and there's nothing that could be done, I was offered to pay to have the piece repaired, but this was not acceptable to me. In addition, I work with fine jewelry and gold does not break like this unless the filler is a low grade pot metal. Do not waist you money. I honestly lost trust in Macy's fine jewelry department and I will not be shopping there for my fine jewelry anytime soon.
