They haven't sent it!!

I ordered it on 12/12, and it said it would arrive in 3-6 business days. Here it is 12/24 and UPS says it is not even in their possession yet for delivery! So much for it being here like they said it would, which it said GUARANTEED DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! I called Customer Service TWICE about this and they said it will be here on 12/24. If it doesn't arrive TODAY, I will never order from Macy's again.

I do not know. I have not gotten the item.

I am excited about this item, but can't review it because it hasn't come yet. I ordered it Dec 9, it was processed Dec 10 and I was to get it in 3-6 business days and am still waiting. It was garunteed for Christmas and I'm getting real doubtful. Sorry Maci's I won't be ordering again.

Frustrated

Ordered 11/29/25 for my daughters gift, It says to get delivered 3-6 business days but up to now after 3 weeks nothing came. I call customer service and they said the product not available anymore!!!! Thats a scam !!!?

It is different from the picture. Very very small upright rectangle shape, not diamond shape.
