TERRIBLE

I would not order this. necklace. It broke less than a year after purchase, has kinks so bad the necklace looks like something from a machine. I tried to ask about it, Macy's has my order date totally wrong...I have the receipt, and it can be pulled up on my account. They refuse to do anything about it. I needed to let them know within 30 days. It was a gift for Christmas and ordered before Christmas. That is ridiculous.

Broke twice in less than 18 months

Bought this, it was thinner than I thought but she loved it. First the connect chain between the clasp and chain broke and then the necklace broke. It was not worn alot and was not handled roughly. It was taken care of, it was just a cheap junk necklace. I would not recommend buying this item.

Came damaged in a ziplock back was bent didn’t lay right retuned soon as possible
