poor quality and design

I got 2 for Christmas gift. unfortunately the quality is so bad that upon opening package and taking this cross from a box the cross- chain-connececton piece opened up. It's so thin and was not connect as one circle having a gap. See pics.

Very nice quality. Better than I expected, after ordering it online for home ddelivery. I looked at other similar pieces in other retail stores & was pleasantly surprised that this cross was an average/above average weight. Beautifully detailed.

Broke off chain first week.

Beautiful crucifix, problem was it broke off my son’s chain within the first week of wearing it. His chain was still intact so it had to have been the crucifix that broke off. It was lost and son feels horrible.
