poor quality and design

I got 2 for Christmas gift. unfortunately the quality is so bad that upon opening package and taking this cross from a box the cross- chain-connececton piece opened up. It's so thin and was not connect as one circle having a gap. See pics.

Broke off chain first week.

Beautiful crucifix, problem was it broke off my son’s chain within the first week of wearing it. His chain was still intact so it had to have been the crucifix that broke off. It was lost and son feels horrible.

WORST QUALITY

CHEAPEST THING EVER! I am so Dissapointed. Macy's what are you thinking? This piece is like plastic. I only kept it because of the meaning behind it.
