Disappointed

Received this today as a birthday gift for my daughter. Opened it up and it was a tangled mess. Also much smaller than I expected. Beautiful but no, I’ll have to bring it in to have it untangled. Not what you would expect for something at this price.

I was shocked how small the charm was, but the quality is good. Heavy for how small it is. Almost sent it back!
