I received my Cloud Photo Frame as a gift and I love it! I take a lot of pictures of my dog's experiencing. They are after all a part of the family and to display all of them in a slide show. Man I love it. Customer service is awesome, unfortunately my frame malfunctioned but I was told i'd receive a free replacement. 5 stars, hands down for the product and 5 1/2 for the customer service
