Defective earring

I bought this pearl set last Dec. Yesterday when I opened the box and took the pearl earring off the black cardboard paper back the very first time, you know what happened? The pearl just rolled off by itself onto the floor! I picked it up and examined it: the post/pin fell out of the pearl completely; probably before I bought it. It is a defective product. Since it has long past the return deadline, I am obliged to keep this useless defective product.

Beautiful set. However, after three times of wearing, one earring broke - the pearl was detached from the stem… returned for refund.

Neckless waaay too SHORT.. Combo set, the Pearls are DULL.. I have Pearl Bought at Macy's awhile Back; and they had more Gloss than THIS 'NEW' set..
