Don’t buy, terrible quality

Terrible quality, pearls are pilled off, can’t use them. Total waste of money, I don’t understand why Macys allows selling of bad quality products, unfortunately can’t return it. Macys should change the return policy for last act sake, since the product is defective. It’s not buyers fault or mistake, the seller ships defective/ damaged/ broken products… the return should be allowed for these types of sales.

Patina on arrival

The silver set already had corrosion or patina on them when they arrived. Deeply discounted and not returnable, so shouldn't complain much. Gold pair should last a few wears.

Finish chipping

Both the silver and gold hoops on these earrings had dark marks on them, where it looks like the finish is coming off. Very disappointed and glad I didn't pay full price for these.
