Ordered a new set but will replace the backing

The backing was not safe, loss the earring One hour after I put on my ear, backing is not safe, will use a stronger backing for the set I reorder, to replace one of the earrings I loss the same same day I wore the set. So upset, only had them on for an hour, I had notice the fallting Backing but I just push in the backing into place and kept going to work, when I arrived at work, the earring had falling off and I loss it.
