Didn’t receive merchandise

I didn’t receive it bc I accidentally put the wrong address up there. I call to let them know after I noticed it was the wrong address the next day of my order. Now they talking about I can’t get a refund or merchandise.

Not pleased with the rug.

The rug is not soft as they claim. I returned right away.. actually that was not the rug I ordered.,Macy’s made an error to send it to me.

These are very thin and not soft under your feet. Sadly they are not really non slip. Color is bright and cheery .

Nice but will they last?

I think the backing is not going to last. Either it will disintegrate or the chenille will separate from it. They are pretty rugs.

Poor quality

Carpets were very light, flimsy . Pile of rugs short and stiff. Not the quality of a Macy’s product. I will attempt to return.
