Disgusting service

I ordered these stools 22 days ago. After 7 days they had not even left the Westin facility. Macy’s, despite being the ones who took my money, refused to refund me. After calling Westin they told me the package was lost and offered to send another or refund my money. I had made a purchase elsewhere so I asked for a refund. They sent it anyway. To be clear, FedEx ever received the package in the first place. I asked Westin to reroute the package back to their own facility and refund me. They received the package, still no refund. I am furious.

Stylish

Elegant and perfect fit for my kitchen I did a lot of research on styles, price and colors. Easy to put together. Not top of the line quality but more than enough for my home. Chairs are sturdy, and have an elegant look especially for purchasing on a budget.

Seat is uncomfortable

The picture shows as if the cushion is very deep, however the height of the seat in the picture is not all cushion, but has wood frame inside around the seat. The cushion is sparse, so when you seat, the center of the seat gives in and you will your thighs pressing agains the the wood frame of the seat. Uncomfortable to seat.

Works for Me

These counter stools works welll in my kitchen. They are the perfect height. They coushion are soft and comfortable to sit in while eating a meal. Assembley didn't take long and they look good with my kitchen color scheme.
