Softest material but poorly made

I received the dress today and immediately knew I would return it. While it is probably the softest material I have ever tried on, the seam around the waist was so poorly stitched that I could see that the fabric had been pulled into the seam at various places across the waist. It made the top look ridiculous and the bottom of the extra long skirt about 2-3” different in length depending on where you were looking. It makes me sad, because I know, with how soft it is, that it would have become a staple, despite how long it was on me. I will be retuning it tomorrow.

Beautiful, soft and warm. Fits comfortably. I may need to raise the hem a bit, but that's usually the case with Maxi dresses
