Looks cheap

The cut of the dress is fantastic, but unfortunately they use awful cheap looking fabric to make it.

Skimpy. Sleeves short and tight. High waisted. Skirt is nice with pockets. Good length. Fabric is not very soft - somewhat scratchy.
