Missing Back of Chair

After getting most of this put together we found we are missing the back to one of the chairs. So frustrating. I have contacted the seller to try and get just the piece we need but have not heard back.

A bit disappointed feeling mislead

Macy's online pictures do not clearly show the two tone nature of the chairs and table. I would have returned but my handyman had the set put together before I saw it. Cushions are thin. The rocking is comfortable with deep seats so that's the plus. The brand is PatioJoy which is not mentioned in the description. I'm putting these in a covered outdoor area. Not sure how they'd last otherwise.
